Tip of the Week

 

Situation

I want to generate a list of all patients with overdue recall. However, I don’t want to go back any further than January, 2005.

 

Solution

Run the Recall by Patient report, filtered for the desired cutoff date.

 

1.  Locate the Recall by Patient report in the Report Gallery. A default copy of the report can be found in the Recall folder.

2.  Right-click the Recall by Patient icon, selecting Properties.

3.  Click the Reset button in the Property Editor window.

4.  Filter the Next Recall Date tab for is between 01/01/2005 and today’s date.

5.  Click the OK button.

6.  Double-click the report icon to generate the report on-screen. Print the report from the DAISY Report Viewer.

To manage your patient recall more efficiently, consider using DAISY Recall Manager. DAISY can print and mail your recall cards for you. Call DAISY support for assistance with using this powerful tool.
