Wrong Subscriber on Insurance Coverage?

If the subscriber for Coverage is incorrect, replace him/her with the appropriate person:

1. Open the Coverage window.

2. Select the Subscriber tab

3. Right-click under the tab, choosing Select Subscriber for Coverage…

4. Select the correct person in the Search For – Subscriber window and click OK.

5. Close the resulting Personal Info. window after making any needed corrections.

6. In the resulting Confirm window click Yes if you need to enter a different subscriber id; click No to leave the subscriber id unchanged.

7. In the resulting Assign Patient Coverage window, verify that the coverage is assigned correctly to all patients listed, then click OK.
