Tip of the Week
Notice – Important information about Inbox reports Very soon, you will notice
a change in the appearance of your electronic claim status reports (i.e. –
“nic” reports). The reports will still be used to communicate important
information about recently submitted electronic claims, including rejections
and/or needed follow-up. The format of the reports is somewhat different,
making them easier to read. We hope you find this new format to be more
“user-friendly.” YOU ARE
