Tip of the Week

Did you know that you can double-click an insurance payment on an Account Ledger to view the related claim? The same applies to double-clicking a procedure that was billed to insurance. This shortcut saves the hassle of manually searching for the claim in the Claim History window.

Another way to access the related claim:

Right-click the charge or payment, then choose Open Related

Claim.
