Tip of the Week

Situation

The columns on my schedule are too narrow. I can stretch them to make them wider, but I want to make them wider by default.

Solution

Adjust the default column width in the Daily View Display Options.

1. Open a Schedule.

2. From the Schedule menu bar, click Tools > By Day Options.

3. In the resulting Daily View Display Options window, adjust the Appointment Column Width by using the up/down arrows, or by typing in a new value. The column widths adjust in the background, so you can see the results immediately.

4. Click OK to save changes.

Additional Info

Keep in mind that making your columns wider means that fewer columns will fit in the schedule window.

Column width settings are specific to each DAISY username. This allows each user to have his/her own unique settings.
