Tip of the Week

Remember to select a claim (via the Claim No. column) when entering an insurance payment in the Transactions window. Selecting a claim will provide:

• More Accurate Treatment Plan Estimates
• More Accurate Account Ledgers
• More Accurate Claim History

Remember – If you don't select the claim for payment, the DAISY program will not know the claim has been paid. This will result in an inflated outstanding claim figure and other inaccuracies.
