NPI Information
- All healthcare providers must have an NPI
number(s) by May 23, 2007.
- All claims
transmitted to DAISY will be processed with your provided NPI number(s).
- Your NPI number(s) are not currently stored in
your Daisy software. Therefore, your NPI number(s) will not appear
on claim forms printed in your office.
- If you are currently using the ADA 2006 claim
form, you may manually enter the NPI number(s) after printing the claim
in your office.
- Some carriers may require the NPI number(s) on
paper claims at this time.
- Some carriers will accept previous versions of
the ADA
claim form (other than the 2006 claim form) until May 23, 2008.
- If you have not contacted DAISY with your NPI
number(s), please do so before May 23, 2007.
