Important!
As
of May 2nd, until further notice, all Regence Blue Cross-Blue
Shield of Oregon claims will print to paper when we process them. This is due
to recent changes that Regence Blue Cross-Blue Shield has made, requiring
additional programming and testing. This means that you will not receive any
"THN" reports in your inbox for claims processed on or after May 5th.
Any feedback that you would normally receive in your THN reports will be sent
to you directly from Regence, via standard mail.
We
anticipate that the programming and testing will be completed in the next several
days. Once complete, electronic claim processing will resume, as will the "THN"
reports in your DAISY Inbox.

3.3 Update
Daisy
version 3.3 update packets have been mailed to all users running DAISY 3.0 or
higher. If you haven't already done so, please install this update. After
installing, be sure to input your NPI information into DAISY. This will
ensure that ALL claims contain NPI information, including claims you print at
the office.
Remember
– Effective May 23, 2008, the NPI must be present on all dental claims you
send. Otherwise, the claims will be rejected.
NOTE:
Users
of DAISY Chart will receive TWO CDs in the update packet. Both CDs must be
installed to update your system correctly. Please call BEFORE
installing if you didn't receive two discs.
