Recall Manager

 

Manage patient recall without handling recall cards and/or recall labels. Spend more time with patients and less time with "busy work." Recall Manager allows you to create recall card files in your Outbox and send them to DAISY via Data Exchange. We will print and mail them for only 50 CENTS PER CARD! There are no additional fees, as postage and handling are included. If you would like to start using this feature, call DAISY to arrange a one-on-one training via remote assistance.

 

 

Free DAISY Training-Account Fundamentals

 

DAISY will be conducting a free webinar (web-based training) covering the fundamentals of a DAISY account. Covered topics include:

 

  • Changing the guarantor on an account
  • Adding insurance to an account
  • Moving a patient from one account to another account
  • Deleting an account

Daisy 3.3 Update

 

Daisy version 3.3 update packets have been mailed to all users running DAISY 3.0 or higher. If you haven't already done so, please install this update. After installing, be sure to input your NPI information into DAISY. This will ensure that ALL claims contain NPI information, including claims you print at the office.

 

Remember – Effective May 23, 2008, the NPI must be present on all dental claims you send. Otherwise, the claims will be rejected.

 

NOTE:

Users of DAISY Chart will receive TWO CDs in the update packet. Both CDs must be installed to update your system correctly. Please call BEFORE installing if you didn't receive two discs.
