Update
Your DAISY Insurance List
Keep
your DAISY insurance list current by downloading it on a regular basis. This
ensures the accuracy of your insurance company information, making it much
easier to find what you're looking for.
1. From the DAISY menu,
select Insurance > Download Insurance.
2. From the resulting File
Download window, click "Open."
Allow
the download box and subsequent meter bar to run automatically. Once the Updating
Insurance Table meter bar/box disappears, you're done.
We
recommend running this download once a week (any day of the week is
fine), as it is updated frequently.

3.3 Update
Daisy
version 3.3 update packets have been mailed to all users running DAISY 3.0 or
higher. If you haven't already done so, please install this update. After
installing, be sure to input your NPI information into DAISY. This will
ensure that ALL claims contain NPI information, including claims you print at
the office.
Remember
– Effective May 23, 2008, the NPI must be present on all dental claims you
send. Otherwise, the claims will be rejected.
NOTE:
Users
of DAISY Chart will receive TWO CDs in the update packet. Both CDs must be
installed to update your system correctly. Please call BEFORE
installing if you didn't receive two discs.
