Daisy
3.3 Update
Daisy
version 3.3 update packets have been mailed to all users running DAISY 3.0 or
higher. If you haven't already done so, please install this update. After
installing, be sure to input your NPI information into DAISY according to the
instructions provided. This will ensure that ALL claims contain NPI
information, including claims you print at the office.
Remember
– Effective May 23, 2008, the NPI must be present on all dental claims you
send. Otherwise, the claims will be rejected.
NOTE:
Users
of DAISY Chart will receive TWO CDs in the update packet. Both CDs must be
installed to update your system correctly. Please call BEFORE
installing if you didn't receive two discs.
Important!
If you currently submit electronic claims to
Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oregon, be sure insurance code 4444 (Med
Advantage), along with the unique provider ID, is set up in your provider
configuration. Med Advantage is a Regence BC/BS insurance program for
retirees.
