Important!

 

If you currently submit electronic claims to Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oregon, be sure insurance code 4444 (Med Advantage), along with the unique provider ID, is set up in your provider configuration. Med Advantage is a Regence BC/BS insurance program for retirees.  To access the provider configuration screen:

 

DAISY > Configure > Provider (select billing provider). Select the Insurance Company EID tab > Select the plus sign to add.

 

Oregon Pain Management Commission Training

 

The Oregon Board of Dentistry website link below includes information regarding an introduction to the pain management domain in Oregon.  Please note that the majority of licensed health care professionals are required to complete the presentation as a portion of a continuing education requirement in pain management.  This presentation must be completed within 24 months of your first license renewal after January 1, 2006.
