Notice DAISY support will be
closed on Wednesday, February 14th, from 10:00am – 11:15am for
training purposes (instead of the usual 12:00pm – 1:00pm on Wednesdays). Any
messages left in the DAISY general voicemail during that time will be
returned after training. NPI Update We have received completed
copies of the NPI Form from the majority of our DAISY users. If you haven't
completed this form, please do so soon and fax or mail it to DAISY support.
There is nothing else you need to
do regarding NPI at this point. DAISY will keep you informed on anything else
that needs to be done. Another copy of the the NPI
Form ("NPIForm.htm") has been sent to your Inbox, accompanying this article. If you have already completed
this form and sent it to DAISY, delete it from your Inbox. If you have not sent the completed form to DAISY,
please open it from your Inbox, print it, complete it, and fax or mail to
DAISY. DAISY cannot advise you on obtaining your NPI number. We suggest you
use the folllowing resources: To obtain your NPI- To determine your taxonomy

upcoming training sessions, covering: - Advanced Scheduling/Availability
and Time-Off features - (This is a web-based
training session.) - Claims Management - (This is an on-site
training session at the DAISY Milwaukie location.) The dates are as follows: Thursday, February 15th
– Advanced Scheduling 1:00pm – 2:00pm Friday, March 16th
– Claims Management 9:00am – 12:00pm Tuesday, April 17th
– Advanced Scheduling 1:00pm – 2:00pm Friday, May 18th
– Claims Management 9:00am – 12:00pm Call DAISY to sign up for
one or both of these training sessions. They are free of charge. |
