Situation

Several accounts are erroneously set up under the "basic" fee schedule. I want to print a list of all accounts that are set up under that fee schedule, so I can correct any other affected accounts.

 

Solution

Run the Account Aging report, filtered for the "basic" fee schedule.

 

1.   Open the Report Gallery and locate the Account Aging report. A default copy is located in the Account folder.

2.   Right-click the report icon, choosing Properties.

3.   Click Reset.

4.   Filter the Fee Schedule tab for is equal to basic.

5.   Click OK

6.   Double-click the report icon to generate the report on-screen. Print the report from the DAISY Report Viewer.

 

Additional Info

The Account Aging report allows filtering for numerous criteria, including:

Account Balance

Account Provider

Type of account (e.g. – Collection Acct, Medicaid Acct, etc.)
