processing error resulted in 10/18/2007 electronic claims being re-submitted
to insurance. This may result in NIC and/or THN reports indicating rejections
due to duplicate claims. This may also result in disbursements/EOB's being sent to you and your patients, indicating
rejections due to duplicate claims. A small number of electronic claims from
1/17/08 and 1/18/08 were also re-submitted as a result of this error. Please
disregard rejection notices (NIC/THN reports and/or EOB’s)
for these duplicate claims. We apologize for the inconvenience.
