Resetting Benefit Accumulators

 

Benefit Accumulators in the Coverage window will not reset until after you run daily or monthly closing in the new year. If you post new charges (i.e. – create new insurance claims) before running your first daily or monthly closing of the new year, do the following after closing to update your benefit accumulators:

 

1. Click the Tools menu at the top of any Coverage window.

2. Click Recalculate Estimated Benefits on Outstanding Claims.

3. Click the Yes button in the subsequent Warning window.
